Steward's Report
Rover was a late scratching at 11:38am on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to swollen right metatarsals. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A pre-race sample was taken from Two Seasons.
Let's Go Billy and Vintage Warrior were slow to begin. Let's Go Billy and Superior Swagger collided soon after the start. Vintage Warrior and Superior Swagger collided approaching the 300 metre mark checking Superior Swagger. Ablazin Mikado and Fear Fire collided approaching the winning post checking Ablazin Mikado, Fear Fire and Blue Boy.
A sample was taken from Vintage Warrior, the winner of the event.
