Quantum Bale and Allen Portland collided approaching the first turn checking Barking Bad and Fast Azz El.  Don't Kid Me and One For Me collided on the first turn.  Eddie Eagle checked off Fast Ezz El approaching the second turn.  Allen Portland contacted the running rail on the second turn and lost ground.  Quantum Bale and Barking Bad collided on the second turn checking Quantum Bale.  Barking Bad and Fast Azz El collided on the third turn checking Fast Azz El.  Fast Azz El checked off Eddie Eagle approaching the home turn.  Allen Portland and Fast Azz El collided on the home turn.  Pechey and One For Me collided on the home turn.

Eren Bale was quick to begin.  Repelo Muggletum, Aston Ah Chee and Pictures Pearce were slow to begin.

Repelo Muggletum and Walk Woody Walk collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Alpha Hermes and Tiggerlong Await collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Aston Ah Chee which raced wide.  Alpha Hermes and Tiggerlong Await collided approaching the second turn checking Walk Woody Walk which raced wide.  Aston Ah Chee checking off Pictures Pearce on the third turn and collided with Tiggeerlong Await, checking Aston Ah Chee.

Lochinvar Kors and Coalville Tiger collided soon after the start.  Lochinvar Kors, Coalville Tiger, Mumma Josie and Sarah Swift collided approaching the first turn checking Lochinvar Kors and Coalville Tiger.  Seabrook Sam galloped on Princess Pout approaching the first turn checking Princes Pout and Seabrook Sam.  White Bandit, Princess Pout and Coalville Tiger collided on the first turn checking Coalville Tiger and causing Seabrook Sam and Aeroplane Tommy to collided, checking Seabrook Sam and Aeroplane Tommy with Seabrook Sam losing ground as a result.  Lochinvar Kors raced wide approaching the second turn checking Coalville Tiger.  Coalville Tiger and Aeroplane Tommy collided approaching the second turn cheeking Aeroplane Tommy and causing Coalville Tiger to fall.  White Bandit checked off Mumma Josie on the second turn severely checking Princess Pout.  Aeroplane Tommy checked off Seabrook Sam on the third turn.  

Coalville Tiger was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained neck soreness and a left stopper lacertaion, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Kirk Bale and Quasi Bale were slow to begin.

Harlem Shake and Resident Djay collided in the back straight.  Resident Djay raced wide in the home straight.

Marley Bale was slow to begin.

Igor Karkaroff crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Marley Bale with Aqua Cheetah and Igor Karkaroff colliding as a result. Blazin' Bomber checked off Demon Bale on the first turn checking Gaucho.  Marley Bale and Igor Karkaroff collided on the second turn and again on the third turn.  Demon Bale and Mepunga Tyler collided on the third turn.

Stewards issued a severe reprimand to handler Mr. J Ennis after he misplaced the kennel ticket for Margins resulting in Margins been incorrectly kennelled following the event.

Zambora Brockie, Tripum and Jesaulenko collided approaching the first turn.  Zambora Brockie and Tripum collided on the first turn.  Zambora Brockie and Matt Machine collided entering the back straight checking Tripum.  Barton bale and Jesaulenko collided on the home turn.  Jesaulenko veered in and marred the running of Ando's Mac approaching the winning post.

Zambora Brockie was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Jesaulenko was vetted following th event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left and right deltoid injury and left and right pencil injuries, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mrs T. Morris, the trainer of the greyhound Jesaulenko regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the winning post . Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Jesaulenko with marring.  Mrs T. Morris pleaded not guilty to the charge, Jesaulenko was found guilty and suspended the greyhound for 3 months (all tracks) and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(b),before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to Mr. D Russell, trainer of the greyhound Tripum, subsequent to race 8 regarding his use of inappropriate language towards GRV steward Mr. C Scott. Mr D Russell was charged pursuant to GAR86Q, with behaviour which was detrimental to the interest and control of greyhound racing. Mr Russell pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined a sum of $100.

Up Hill Jill was quick to begin.

Still The One and Electromagnetic collided soon after the start.  Xavier Kelton, Dundee Cobra and Hit The Highway collided soon after the start checking Dundee Cobra and Xavier Kelton.  Still The One and Electromagnetic collided approaching the first turn.  Liam and Quotation Mark collided on the first turn. Dundee Cobra, Still The One and Electromagnetic collided on the first turn checking Still The One and Electromagnetic.  Liam and Quotation Mark collided in the home straight.  Up Hill Jill and Hit The Highway collided approaching the winning post.

Mepunga Laser checked off Who Told Red soon after the start.  Dublin Bull, Who Told Red, Zipping Silva and Go Vicki collided approaching the first turn.  Dublin Bull and Mepunga Laser collided on the first turn checking Who Told Red, Dublin Bull and Mepunga Rosie.  Dublin Bull and Mepunga Rosie collided in the front straight.  Mepunga Rosie checked off Dream Edition on the second turn.

Mysterize and Dream Of Fame were slow to begin.

Mysterize stumbled soon after the start.  Tear It Down and Abscond collided approaching the first turn checking Tear It Down and Abscond.  Ikaika Warrior and Kiranna collided in the back straight.  Mysterize and Bobby's Baby collided on the third turn.  Bobby's Baby cramped in the home straight and subsequently fell.

Bobby's Baby was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the cramped, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr . S Clarke, the trainer of the greyhound Bobby's Baby. Acting in accordance with GAR 71(Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
