Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Ms. K Jordan, the owner of Latino Ice regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Latino Ice last raced on 20th May 20015. Ms. Jodan stated that the greyhound is returning to racing after a right metacarpal injury.
Ms. K Jordan, owner of Latino Ice declared a new weight of 29.6kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Latino Ice last raced at 28.7kgs.
Mr. G Couldridge, representative of Dolce Rosso declared a new weight of 32.5kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Dolce Rosso last raced at 30.6kgs.
Automatic and Bull Bar Maisie were quick to begin. Spare Parts was slow to begin. Boris Winslow and Latino Ice collided approaching the first turn. Dolce Rosso checked off Kiwi Invasion on the first turn checking Latino Ice and causing Boris Winslow, Bull Bar Maisie and Derby Thyme to fall. Dolce Rosso checked off Spare Parts approaching the home turn. Dolce Rosso raced wide in the home straight.
