Stewards spoke to Mr.N.Sheehan, trainer of Eumeralla View, regarding the extended period of time between the greyhound's races. Eumeralla View last started on the 9 June 2014 . Mr. Sheehan stated the greyhound was returning to race after being on season and suffering from an abscess on the left metacarpal.

Mr. D. Lenehan, trainer of Lektra Cyclone redeclared a new weight of 25.4kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Lektra Cyclone last raced at 26.7kg.

Don's Chief was a late scratching at 4:09pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to illness. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Lektra Cyclone and Katie Alouette collided soon after the start, checking Lektra Cyclone. Chief Winslow and Barbarose Boy collided approaching the first turn. Barbarose Boy checked off Little Caviar on the first turn and collided with Grannys Wee Girl and Eumeralla View, resulting in Grannys Wee Girl and Eumeralla View being checked and Barbarose Boy being severely checked.

Barbarose Boy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a dislocated left hind toe and split webbing, a 28 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards issued a warning to Mr. P. Teuma the trainer of Little Caviar regarding his failure to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve the greyhound for racing. GAR 46

Stewards spoke to Mr. N.Sheehan, trainer of Eumeralla Flash regarding the extended period of time between the greyhound's races. Eumeralla Flash last started on the 28th March 2015 Mr.Sheehan stated the greyhound was returning to race after suffering a left hock injury.

Stewards spoke to Mr. R.Proctor, trainer of Cimarron Winslow, regarding the extended period of time between the greyhound's races. Cimarron Winslow last started on the 30th November 2014. Mr. Proctor stated the greyhound was returning to race after resuming from a spell.

Mr. B. Mitchem, trainer of Cyclone Stripes redeclared a new weight of 31.5kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Cyclone Stripes last raced at 30.1kg.

Mr. N. Sheehan, trainer of Eumeralla Flash redeclared a new weight of 30.8kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Lektra Cyclone last raced at 32.0kg.

Cimarron Winslow and Tallinn collided soon after the start. Cyclone Stripes and Cimarron Winslow collided approaching the first turn, checking Cimarron Winslow. Eumeralla Flash and Ultimate Cash collided on the first turn, checking Ultimate Cash. Cimarron Winslow and Tallinn collided approaching the home turn, checking Cimarron Winslow. 

Cimarron Winslow was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left monkey muscle and both quadriceps, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stressful and Chief Red Cloud collided soon after the start. Flaming Causeway, Boston Shuffle and Cairnlea Bill collided approaching the first turn, checking Boston Shuffle. Flaming Causeway, Cairnlea Bill and Chief Red Cloud collided on the first turn, checking Flaming Causeway. Cairnlea Bill, Chief Red Cloud and Stressful collided on the first turn, checking Chief Red Cloud. Stressful raced wide entering the home straight. 

Sailing Ale was slow to begin. Just Angus and Seductive Torch collided soon after the start. Just Angus and Ok Ollie collided approaching the first turn. Patchie Anchor and Valletta Chief collided on the first turn. Seductive Torch checked off Just Angus in the home straight.

Oriental Blade was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left wrist, a 21 day stand down period was imposed. 

A pre race sample was taken from Rimpac.

Rimpac was quick to begin. Praha, Cosmic Quest and Deecee Zues were slow to begin. Praha and Bernmar Princess collided approaching the first turn, checking Praha. Bernmar Princess checked off Saint Gracie on the first turn. Saint Gracie checked off Totes Amazeballs approaching the home turn. Bernmar Princess and Deecee Zues collided approaching the home turn. Cosmic Quest checked off the heels of Deecee Zues on the home turn and raced wide. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. D.Good, trainer of Ty's Little Lad, regarding the extended period of time between the greyhound's races. Ty's Little Lad last started on the 2nd February 2015. Mr.Good stated the greyhound was returning to race after suffering a fractured right hock.

Ty's Little Lad checked off Oh Lele Peter soon after the start. Authentic Ace, Flashy Arrow and Oh Lele Peter collided soon after the start, checking Flashy Arrrow and Oh Lele Peter. Riley Boy and Authentic Ace collided on the first turn, checking Authentic Ace, Vapour Caper and Flashy Arrow. Vapour Caper and Oh Lele Peter collided approaching the home turn. 

Stewards spoke to Mr.G.Lane , trainer of Black Barron Lad, regarding the extended period of time between the greyhound's races. Black Barron Lad last started on the 24th January.2015. Mr.Lane  stated the greyhound was returning to race after suffering a right hip injury.

A pre race sample was taken from Rangatang.

Tekki Tyrant and Cosmic Jewels were slow to begin. Flying Casey and Jack's Prince collided soon after the start, checking Flying Casey. Black Barron Lad and Jack's Prince collided approaching the first turn, checking Black Barron Lad which contacted the running rail. Black Barron Lad and Tekki Tyrant collided on the first turn, checking Black Barron Lad. Lord Diamond, Dee Tee and Rangatang collided on the first turn. Rangatang and Cosmic Jewels collided approaching the home turn. Flying Casey and Jack's Prince raced wide entering the home straight. 

Black Barron Lad was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds to the right hind foot. No stand down period was imposed. 

A pre race sample was taken from Hanging In There - the winner of the event.

Hurricane Ash was quick to begin. Hanging In There, Bet Bet Ryan, Lots Of Yap and Hero To Zero collided soon after the start, checking Bet Bet Ryan and Lots Of Yap. Bazzagrey and Elite Stress collided approaching the first turn, checking Bazzagrey. Bazzagrey and Molly's Silver collided on the first turn. Bazzagrey, Elite Stress and Lots Of Yap raced wide on the home turn. Bazzagrey raced wide in the home straight. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. A. Richardson the trainer of Hero To Zero regarding his comments to Mr. R. Camilleri the handler of Hanging In There following the event. After taking evidence from both parties, Stewards reminded Mr. Richardson of his responsibilities in relation to his post race comments. 

Show Bag Carter was slow to begin. First Thomas, Shachar Magic, Show Bag Carter and Noonan's Unit collided soon after the start, checking Shachar Magic. Noonan's Unit and Show Bag Carter collided approaching the first turn, checking Noonan's Unit and Shachar Magic. Kinloch Creek and Sunshine Diva collided on the first turn, checking Sunshine Diva. First Thomas and Crymelon Nugget collided on the first turn. Noonan's Unit and Shachar Magic collided approaching the home turn. Our Banjo and Crymelon Nugget raced wide on the home turn. Shachar Magic checked off Sunshine Diva in the home straight. 

Mr. K. Blake, handler of Typhoon Blake redeclared a new weight of 30.1kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Lektra Cyclone last raced at 31.5kg.

Dugan was slow to begin. Pingu, Dugan and Bryce's Boy collided soon after the start. Happy Hudson and Slow Cooker collided soon after the start, checking Slow Cooker. Typhoon Blake and Pingu collided approaching the first turn. Slow Cooker checked off Typhoon Blake approaching the first turn. Typhoon Blake, Dugan and Bryce's Boy collided on the first turn, severely checking Dugan. Santa and Vivacious Chick collided approaching the home turn.

Dugan was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both monkey muscles and the left quadricep, a 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Classic Caper and Minnie Wipeout were slow to begin. Bit Iffy and Banana Blanket collided soon after the start. Mahogany Diamond, Sparkling Kitty and Queen Kaboom collided approaching the first turn, checking Sparkling Kitty and Queen Kaboom. Queen Kaboom checked off Classic Caper on the first turn. Mahogany Diamond and Banana Blanket collided approaching the home turn. Mahogany Diamond and Bit Iffy collided on the home turn. Sparkling Kitty and Classic Caper collided on the home turn. Queen Kaboom checked off Banana Blanket on the home turn. Sparkling Kitty and Bit Iffy raced wide in the home straight. 

Queen Kaboom was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right monkey muscle and right back muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. G.Lane, trainer of Miss Jacovella, regarding the extended period of time between the greyhound's races. Miss Jacovella last started on the 24th January 2015.  Mr.Lane stated the greyhound was returning to race after suffering injuries to both wrists and being on season.  

Stewards spoke to Mr. R.Camilleri, representing Ms. D.Coleman trainer of Amercia Bale regarding the extended period of time between the greyhound's races. Amercia Bale last started on the 6th March 2015. Mr. Camilleri  stated the greyhound was returning to race after suffering a right hind achillies injury.

Golden Hippy and Wolf Spy collided approaching the first turn. Amercia Bale and Miss Jacovella collided on the first turn, checking Miss Jacovella. Annabella Girl brushed the running rail on the first turn. Annabella Girl checked off the heels of Red Cry approaching the home turn. Golden Hippy and Annabella Girl collided on the home turn and several times in the home straight. Golden Hippy, Annabella Girl and Red Cry collided approaching the winning post. 

Red Cry was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right front nail. No stand down period was imposed.
