Locked Out and Allen Malik collided approaching the first turn. Two Forty Volt and Hawka Tron collided on the first turn, checking Two Forty Volt and severely checking Warrior King, causing Call Me Shelby to fall as a result. Two Forty Volt and Allen Malik collided approaching the home turn.
Call Me Shelby was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left foreleg, a strain to the left triceps, a broken left dew claw and superficial spike wounds to the right hock, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Warrior King was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
