Steward's Report
Thunder Flame was slow to begin. Ima River Boy, Black Selandra and Walmac collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Thunder Flame and Walmac and severely checking Black Selandra. Dagwood and Roll 'Em Missy collided on the home turn. Thunder Flame checked off Walmac on the home turn. Black Selandra and Pappa Gallo raced wide on the home turn.
Thunder Flame was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left triangle muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
A sample was taken from Diamond Ed, the winner of the event.
