Steward's Report
Riverdale Brandy, Riverdale Cowboy, Tarks Royale and Little Odessa were slow to begin. Desoto, Where's Darryl and Little Odessa collided approaching the first turn. Miss Knobby and Riverdale Cowboy collided on the first turn checking Riverdale Brandy and Time Shift. Miss Knobby and Riverdale Brandy collided on the second turn.
Where's Darryl was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained right fore bruising, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to the handler of Where's Darryl, Mr.D.Hamilton regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. After viewing the head on footage and taking in to account the injury the greyhound sustained during the event, stewards took no further action.
