Steward's Report
Nickel Creek was a late scratching at 3:25pm due to a right wrist injury. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Abit Cooler, Dispatch and Token Vapour were slow to begin. Dispatch crossed in soon after the start checking Token Vapour and severely checking Dispatch. Abit Cooler clipped the heels of Belron Bingle soon after the start. Belron Bingle checked off the heels of Camaraderie on the first turn. Belron Bingle, Abit Cooler and Dispatch collided on the first turn checking Belron Bingle and Dispatch. Cheap Rush raced wide approaching the second turn causing Dewana Savanna to race wide. Abit Cooler checked off the heels of Dewana Savanna on the third turn. Belron Bingle and Abit Cooler collided in the home straight. Cheap Rush tired over the concluding stages of the event.
