Steward's Report
Stagger Pace, Rip It, Blazin' Bomber and Zipping Chubbz were slow to begin. Moonlight Lace and Tat Duke collided approaching the first turn, checking Moonlight Lace and Stagger Pace, and severely checking Tat Duke. Daphne's Party and Blazin' Bomber collided on the first turn, causing Daphne's Party to fall, checking Moonlight Lace and Stagger Pace as a result. Zipping Chubbz raced wide entering the home straight.
Daphne's Party was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds to the left hock, a graze to the left ear, and a laceration to the right shoulder, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
