A pre race sample was taken from Zatmine upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
A pre race sample was taken from Fantasy Mcqueen.
Fantasy Mcqueen was quick to begin. Delalicious was slow to begin. Coogan's Regret and Delalicious collided soon after the start. Ginger Speed and Zatmine colllided approaching the first turn, checking Yorgi Blues and Ginger Speed, causing Delalicious to gallop on the heels of Ginger Speed. Fantasy Mcqueen and Quick Step collided on the first turn. Delalicious checked off Ginger Speed approaching the second turn. Zatmine checked off Yorgi Blues on the third turn. Delalicious galloped on the heels of Ginger Speed on the home turn, severely checking both greyhounds and causing Ginger Speed to stumble as a result.
