Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr G.Kantzidis, the trainer of Toorak Road regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Toorak Road last raced on 19th January, 2016. Mr Kantzidis stated that Toorak Road is returning to race after a right wrist injury.
Elite Shiraz was a late scratching at 9:07pm due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Har and Zuletta collided soon after the start checking Zuletta. Toorak Road and Clovalley Mauri collided soon after the start checking Clovalley Mauri. Har and Zuletta collided approaching the first turn checking Zuletta, Toorak Road and Clovalley Mauri. Har and Violet Blue collided on the home turn. Hardaway Terror checked off Blazing Spirit entering the home straight. Har checked off Violet Blue in the home straight.
