Lunar Magic, Sugar Bang and Calabrese Coco were slow to begin. Lunar Magic and Calabrese Coco collided soon after the start. Magic Moon Dust and Dynamic Spin collided soon after the start. Tinny Time and Sugar Bang collided at the 100m mark. Noaki Lynx checked off Magic Moon Dust at the 100m mark, checking Dynamic Spin.
Stewards spoke to B White regarding the direction that the greyhound Calabrese Coco be boxed first. Acting under GAR 52(2) Stewards directed that this box first be removed.
