Steward's Report
In Like Flint was quick to begin. Nero Rose, Smart Tornado, Tree Climber Liv and Showgirl Miss were slow to begin. Nero Rose and Ima Wildfire collided approaching the first turn checking Ima Wildfire. In Like Flint crossed to the rail on the first turn checking In Like Flint, Customized and Iroquois Souljah. Iroquois Souljah and Tree Climber Liv collided on the first turn checking Iroquois Souljah, Tree Climber Liv, Showgirl Miss and Smart Tornado and severley checking Ima Wildfire which stumbled severely checking Smart Tornado, Ima Wildfire and Smart Tornado lost considerable ground as a result. Iroquois Souljah and Showgirl Miss collided on the home turn and again in the home straight.
Smart Tornado was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a dislocated toe on the left hind foot, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Ima Wildfire was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right stopper, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
