Steward's Report
Ripper and Cut Loose Max were slow to begin. Rage Bale, He's So Good and Mr. Charley Bear collided soon after the start checking Rage Bale and He's So Good. Ripper was checked off Marciarno Miss soon after the start. Mr. Charley Bear crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Beautiful Rick and Marciarno Miss and severely checking Aston Zeus. Beautiful Rick and He's So Good collided several times on the first turn checking Marciarno Miss and He's So Good and severely checking Beautiful Rick which stumbled as a result. Rage Bale and Ripper collided several times in the home straight.
Aston Zeus was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left elbow, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.
