Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Scenic Shot prior to kennelling upon arrival at the course.
Peloton Bale and Repayments were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Agility, Scenic Shot, Enjoy Cruising and Flame Bale collided on the first turn checking Scenic Shot and Dyna Yemen, severely checking Enjoy Cruising and Repayments. Scenic Shot checked off Enjoy Cruising on the third turn. Repayments clipped the heels of Scenic Shot approaching the home turn checking Scenic Shot. Peloton Bale checked off Agility on the home turn. Peloton Bale crossed to the inside in the home straight.
Scenic Shot was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained grazes to the left hind leg, no stand down period was imposed.
Repayments was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
