Just Reprieved and Bruno Mogambo were quick to begin. Alvin Street and Anthony were slow to begin.
Bruno Mogambo crossed to the inside soon after the start checking Kennington Lad, Our Jordan and Bombastic Knight. Kadali and Alvin Street collided approaching the first turn. Bombastic Knight, Our Jordan and Kennington Lad collided on the first turn checking Bombastic Knight and severely checking Our Jordan and Kennington Lad. Bruno Mogambo checked off Alvin Street entering the home straight. Kennington Lad raced wide in the home straight.
