Steward's Report
Idron Bale turned its head inwards in the home straight and marred Dr. Marshal, underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Darren Fisher regarding Idron Bale’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Idron Bale was charged with marring. Mr Fisher pleaded guilty to the charge. Idron Bale was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sale and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
A post–race urine sample was taken from Canya Nitrate – the winner of the event.
