Steward's Report
Brandeen was slow out and collided with Sandy Park soon after the start. Sandy Park, Henerik Bale and Cuthbert Brave collided approaching the first turn checking Sandy Park. Sandy Park raced wide on the first turn. Trewking, Tessy Park and Henerik Bale collided on the second turn checking Trewking. Henerik Bale and Cuthbert Brave collided on the second turn.
Trewking was vetted following the Event and after being revetted, Dr. Michael Bell, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound was found to be injured in the right back muscle. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Bell, the Stewards will stand Trewking down from competing for 7 days. Stewards directed that a swab sample be taken from the greyhound.
