Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Charlotte Belle.
Charlotte Belle and Lady Magic were quick to begin. Cantona and Dashing Diesel were slow to begin. Dashing Diesel checked off Arvo's Echo approaching the first turn checking Damn Nuisance. Charlotte Belle and Lady Magic collided on the first turn, severely checking Charlotte Belle which lost considerable ground as a result. Cantona checked off Lady Magic approaching the home turn which raced wide as a result, checking Arvo's Echo.
Arvo's Echo was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained split webbing to the left hind, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
