Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Lektra Cruiser.
Wicked Four, Bowstreet Buster and Our Arandt were quick to begin. Lektra Cruiser was slow to begin. Bowstreet Buster, Our Arandt and Coopnarcha collided approaching the first turn checking Our Arandt. Black Odin, Wicked Four, Bowstreet Buster and Coopnarcha collided approaching the first turn checking Bowstreet Buster, Flaming Bob and Black Cadel and severely checking Wicked Four. Lektra Cruiser, Bowstreet Buster and Our Arandt collided on the first turn checking Lektra Cruiser and Our Arandt. Our Arandt checked off Flaming Bob approaching the home turn. Bowstreet Buster and Flaming Bob collided in the home straight checking Bowstreet Buster.
Wicked Four was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to it's left thigh muscle. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
