Twistex and Elite Watch collided approaching the first. Quara Bale and Zipping Electra collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Seanna Celest and Senor Gold collided on the first turn, checking Senor Gold, Elite Watch and severely checking Seanna Celeste which pulled up as a result. Twistex and Senor Gold collided entering the home straight.
Seanna Celeste was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right front radius/ulna and was humanely euthanised.
