Steward's Report
D. Baker, trainer of Mini Morgo redeclared a new weight of 27.9kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Mini Morgo last raced at 26.6kg.
Mini Morgo, Dark Corgi and All Bolts were slow to begin.
Dark Corgi and All Bolts collided soon after the start checking All Bolts. Town Clown and Pinari Prince collided approaching the first turn. Town Clown, Pinari Prince and Flynnie collided on the first turn checking Flynnie and Magic Hook. Pinari Prince faltered approaching the home turn and tailed off as a result. Town Clown raced wide on the home turn.
Pinari Prince was vetted following the event and revetted following race 12. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right shoulder and the right thigh. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
