Steward's Report
Paw Usami was a late scratching at 14:17 by Order of Stewards after it was established that the incorrect greyhound had been presented. At a subsequent inquiry, Stewards issued a charge under GAR 86 to Ms Deborah Coleman for failing to present the correct greyhound to the Stewards for this event. Ms. Coleman pleaded guilty to the charge, and was fined $250. The 28 day stand down period imposed on Paw Usami was revoked.
A pre–race sample was unable to be obtained from Chrissy Hand, a post–race sample was subsequently taken.
Blazing Dino, Paw Pavlov and Big Jim were slow to begin.
