Steward's Report
Windsor Girl was quick to begin. Eureka Robbie was slow to begin.
Eureka Robbie underwent a post–race veterinary examination – and was found to have a spike wound to the left metacarpals, no stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr K Howard regarding the greyhound escaping the catching pen. After hearing submissions from Mr Howard, viewing the available footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.
A post-race sample was taken from Pass Mark - the winner of the event.
