A pre-race sample was taken from Hard Rotor.
Aston Maple and C'est Noir were slow to begin.
Stewards spoke to Mr Joe Uglietta regarding the racing manners of Forward Step approaching the winning post. After hearing submissions from Mr. Uglietta, viewing the available race footage and taking into consideration the interference that occurred in front of the greyhound, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.
