Ms Margaret Brealey was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for Obvious, pursuant to GAR 88.

Doongalla Gal and Hondo Lane were slow to begin.

Mr Max Zammit was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for Hard Rotor, pursuant to GAR 88.

Aston Maple and C'est Noir were slow to begin. 

Stewards spoke to Mr Joe Uglietta regarding the racing manners of Forward Step approaching the winning post. After hearing submissions from Mr. Uglietta, viewing the available race footage and taking into consideration the interference that occurred in front of the greyhound, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.

Mr. Jack Clarke was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for Nurse Rosie, pursuant to GAR 88.

Mike Angelo Zeal was slow to begin.

Soda Grenadier underwent a post–race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have a right calf injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from What A Spirit.

Crackerjack Maxy – Underwent a veterinary examination at the starting boxes and was a late scratching at 11:34am on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 92).  As a result, this event was delayed by approximately 6 minutes. Crackerjack Maxy underwent a subsequent veterinary examination and was found to have Mucohemorrhagic diarrhoea and an elevated temperature. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Further, Stewards require a veterinary certificate of fitness to be produced before any further nominations are accepted for Crackerjack Maxy, in accordance with GAR19(3)(w).

Olivia Express underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a split webbing on the right hind paw. No Stand down period was imposed. 

Anoke - Late scratching at 7:13am when Mr Vincent Daffy reported the greyhound to be vomitting (GAR 76). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted.

Scott Crush was quick to begin.

Bear Lee Bandit and Zipping Patty were slow to begin.

There were no reportable incidents in this event.

Hallee's Reef – Late scratching at 10:02am on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 92) due to a left wrist injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Hard Press.

Hard Press and Our Dreamer were quick to begin. Bermuda Ben was slow to begin.

Teo Prince lost ground from the 100m mark, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right achilles and left hindleg toe injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Luna Beauty and Kiyeng were quick to begin. Scala Black was slow to begin.

Yellow Monaro was slow to begin.

A post-race sample was taken from Evil Edna - the winner of the event.

Soda Heather – New declared weight of 31.0kg, last raced at 29.9kg.

Viking, Soda Heather and Aussie Savannah were slow to begin.

Soda Heather lost ground from the 150m mark, underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr. Geoffrey Dalton regarding Soda Heather's overall performance in the event. In accordance with GAR 122, the Stewards requested Mr. Dalton to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Soda Heather in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.

A post-race sample was taken from Ferocious Sandy - the winner of the event.

A post-race sample was taken from Queen Maggie - the winner of the event.
