Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Crymelon Ivy.
Crymelon Ivy was a late scratching at the boxes at 7:33pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 92) due to a left wrist sprain injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
The start was delayed by approximately six minutes to allow for the On-Track Veterinarian to examine Crymelon Ivy.
Quinnley Bale and Zipping Gian were quick to begin. Catch My Drift was slow to begin.
Quinnley Bale (faltered and lost ground on the home turn) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right triangle muscle and left back muscle. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
