Steward's Report
Leroy was slow to begin.
Mincher Magic (turned head inwards and marred Body Slam in the home straight) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed
Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr B.Brown regarding Mincher Magic’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Mincher Magic was charged with marring. Mr Brown pleaded guilty to the charge. Mincher Magic was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Bendigo and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
