Steward's Report
Marcus Moloney – Late scratching at 6.06am when Mr. Colin Baker reported the greyhound to have diarrhoea (GAR 76). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted.
Aston Plus was slow to begin.
Crackerjack Pa [checked and lost ground in the home straight] underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr. D. Leathan regarding Crackerjack Pa's performence in the concluding stages of the event . In accordance with GAR 122, the Stewards requested Mr. Leathan to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Crackerjack Pa in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.
