Kent Bale was quick to begin. Post Code and Big Things were slow to begin. Iron Grip, That's Ironic and Mepunga Jodi collided soon after the start checking Iron Grip and That's Ironic. Post Code, Big Things and Lucky Bear collided on the first turn checking Big Things and Post Code, Post Code brushed the running rail as a result. Iron Grip and That's Ironic collided approaching the home turn checking Iron Grip. Post Code and Big Things collided approaching the home turn checking Post Code. That's Ironic and Mepunga Jodi collided approaching the home turn checking Post Code. That's Ironic and Mepunga Jodi collided on the home turn severely checking both greyhounds which stumbled as a result. Transformosa and Kent Bale collided entering the home straight.
