Steward's Report
Larkhill Buck was slow to begin. Marina's Joy, Larkhill Buck and Bush Lad collided soon after the start checking Larkhill Buck and Bush Lad. Arizona Dozer and Arvo's Hannah collided approaching the first turn. Arizona Dozer, Arvo's Hannah and Miss Hondo collided on the first turn checking Arvo's Hannah, Sheoak Ralph, Larkhill Buck and Bush Lad. Marina's Joy checked off Arvo's Hannah approaching the home turn. Larkhill Buck chekced off Marina's Joy approaching the home turn. Marina's Joy raced wide on the home turn. Miss Hondo and Arizona Dozer collided in the home straight.
Miss Hondo was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its right hip, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(5), the stewards charged Miss Hondo with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury) and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial All Tracks pursuant to GAR 69(6), before any future nomination will be accepted.
