Johnson, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Ishan Bale was charged with marring. Mr Johnson pleaded guilty to the charge. Ishan Bale is suspended for 28 days at Ballarat only and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Representative, Mr. M. Johnson, regarding the racing manners of Theodossi Bale in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Theodossi Bale was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Johnson pleaded guilty to the charge. Theodossi Bale was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Snap Second – Late scratching at 4.28pm due to non–arrival (GAR 86 and LR 39). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr. J Cassar informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown. Stewards advised Mr. Cassar that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 72 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival. The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.
Ms. B. Robertson-Leech was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for Redeemer Fortune, pursuant to GAR 88.
