Teflon Tears – Late scratching at 09:39 when Mr. Jacob Biddell reported the greyhound to have a leg Injury (GAR 76). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted.
Triple Cross was quick to begin.
Stewards spoke to Mr. Jeff Gorgioski regarding the racing manners of Audenzia in the home straight. After hearing submissions from Mr. Gorgioski, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, Stewards took no further action.
