A sample was taken from My Mate Beanie & Reality Road upon arrival at the course.
Pre-race samples were taken from Got The Lot & Crispy Pie.
A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Bernadette Rose; a post-race sample was subsequently taken.
Crispy Pie was quick to begin. Bernadette Rose and My Mate Beanie were slow to begin.
Exiled underwent a post–race veterinary examination at the request of the trainer and was found to have an injured right grouin muscle and shin soreness on the left foreleg and right hindleg. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
