Steward's Report
A pre–race sample was unable to be obtained from Yeah Easy, a post–race hair and blood sample was subsequently taken.
Kinimakatka was quick to begin.
Branson Bale (turned head outwards and collided with Wichita Bale) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a quadriceps injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Representative Mr Graham Julian regarding Branson Bale’s racing manners entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Branson Bale was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Julian pleaded guilty to the charge, Branson Bale was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
