Steward's Report
Downtown Joezy – Late scratching at 6:01pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 92) due to an elevated temperature. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Riley Coin contacted the running rail approaching the 1st turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have multiple abrasions to the left hock and left front pad. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Eddie Jet, raced ungenerously from the 1st turn underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg long head triceps injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A post–race sample was taken from Sweet Rio – the winner of the event.
