At the commencement of kennelling, the outside temperature was 35.5 degrees and the kennel temperature was 16.7 degrees. Stewards continually monitored the temperature at the venue, as per the GRV Hot Weather Policy.
A urine sample was taken from Canya Bolt upon arrival to the course.
