Steward's Report
A pre–race sample was taken from Mr. Deeds.
Inga Bluey went up with the lids and was slow to begin.
Striker Kane faltered and tailed off entering the home straight, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right-hind hock fracture. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
Inga Bluey stumbled and lost ground soon after the start, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left-hind triangle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track entering the home straight and deemed it suitable for racing.
