Steward's Report
A sample was taken from What Could Be upon arrival at the course.
Jye's Jet underwent a veterinary examination and was found to have abrasions to the right-fore and right-hind. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Kennel Representative Mr. I. Cockerell regarding Jye's Jet's racing manners turning out of the front straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Jye's Jet was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Cockerell pleaded guilty to the charge and Jye's Jet must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
