Abit Late was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.  Acting under GAR 69(1)(a) stewards charged Abit Late with marring and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Geelong and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Saphy Summa was a late scratching at 3.00pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer T Harris was fined the sum of $100.

Macro Joe was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a sore left wrist, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr J Uglietto, trainer of Macro Joe and issued him with a warning for his failure to retrieve his greyhound from the kennel by the appointed time.
