Rapid Roy and Piffin' Yonnies collided on the first turn. Olive's Gift checked off Piffin' Yonnies entering the back straight. Olive's Gift galloped on the heels of Piffin' Yonnies in the back straight severely checking both greyhounds. Dirk And Rosie raced wide in the home straight. Bekim Hatrick and Claretown Bart collided in the home straight checking Claretown Bart.
