Steward's Report
Ricochet Jessy and Cosmic Buddy were slow to begin. Dynamic Grover, High Hopes and Valentine Belle collided soon after the start, checking High Hopes. Dynamic Grover and Sunshine Diva collided approaching the first turn. Ricochet Jessy contacted the rail on the first turn, severely checking High Hopes and resulting in Ricochet Jessy losing considerable ground. Dynamic Groover raced wide in the home straight.
High Hopes was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured shoulder and chest, a seven day stand down period was imposed.
