All persons attending today, checked-in and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.

The closing time of kennelling was altered in accordance with GAR 31, due to the late arrival of Mr R. Boehm who experienced significant traffic delays on–route to the track. The kennels closed at 2:50pm.

Pursuant to GAR 104 (7) Steward, Ms D. Barber did not act in any official capacity for this event.

This race was delayed by approximately 1.5 minutes due to the lure having to be repositioned to the correct starting position. Stewards spoke to the lure driver and reminded him to ensure the lure is correctly positioned for future races. This incident was referred to appropriate management.

Pete and Cryptic Vixen were quick to begin. Mt. View Bro was slow to begin.

Tudor Folk checked off Darnum Dancer approaching the first turn.

Zippy Artist - Late scratching at 2.23pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to pyrexia (elevated temperature). A 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

Final Shuffle - Late scratching at 2.34pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Mr Kenneth Buxton was fined $100.

Echo Chamber was quick to begin. Chasing The Edge and Mt. View Burner were slow to begin.

Chasing The Edge checked off Mystic Ebony entering the home straight.

Inga Daisy and Bagshot Bullet were quick to begin. Miss Belle and Crawl Back were slow to begin.

Chasing Chops and Bagshot Bullet collided soon after the start. Miss Belle, Bagshot Bullet and Crawl Back collided on the first turn checking Miss Belle and Bagshot Bullet. Miss Belle and Bagshot Bullet collided in the home straight.

Warm Beer and Akina Cosmo collided soon after the start checking Warm Beer. Akina Cosmo and Whizbang Alice collided approaching the first turn checking Whizbang Alice. Warm Beer checked off Shifty on the first turn. Whizbang Alice galloped on the heels of Shifty on the first turn checking Shifty. Saharrah Blitz and Travelling Sands collided on the home turn. Travelling Sands and Lamotta collided on the home turn checking Travelling Sands.

Banjo Glitter was quick to begin. Boes Bounty was slow to begin.

Lunation was quick to begin. Piece Of Heaven was slow to begin.

Star Burner and Raptor collided several times approaching the first turn. Okay Karen checked off Star Burner approaching the first turn. Mt. View Buck and Piece Of Heaven collided on the second turn checking Mt. View Buck. Lunation and Okay Karen raced wide in the back straight. Raptor and Jack's Cracker collided on the third turn severely checking Jack's Cracker. Star Burner and Okay Karen collided entering the home straight severely checking Okay Karen.

Jack's Cracker underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Boes Bambino underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to race. The early start race request was rejected.

Raquea's Dream was slow to begin.

Miss Angel Di, Raquea's Dream, Leo Giblet and Gold Luminesce collided soon after the start checking Leo Giblet. Gold Luminesce and Boes Bambino collided approaching the first turn checking Boes Bambino.

Teardrop, Trust I Seek, Max Black and No Way Nellie collided soon after the start checking Teardrop and No Way Nellie. Trust I Seek and Max Black collided approaching the first turn checking Max Black. Max Black and Lump Sum collided on the first turn.

Inga Meg was quick to begin. Ava's Journey was very slow to begin - 3 lengths.

Shadow Jewel checked off Go Go Loopy soon after the start. Candy Gem and Olinda Patsy collided approaching the first turn. Candy Gem visibly eased approaching the first turn and collided with Ava's Journey. Mt. View Jewel checked off Inga Meg on the first turn and lost ground. Ava's Prediction checked off Olinda Patsy on the first turn. Olinda Patsy, Inga Meg, Go Go Loopy and Ava's Prediction collided on the home turn. Candy Gem visibly eased approaching the winning post.

Olinda Patsy underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the Trainers request and was found to have a laceration on the right hind leg. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Candy Gem underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left monkey muscle and left triangle muscle. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr John Musselwhite, the representaitve of Candy Gem regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1) Candy Gem was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Musselwhite pleaded not guilty to the charge, Candy Gem was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Cranbourne and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69A (2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Mikado Gal - New declared weight of 28.9kgs, last raced at 27.6kgs.

Soldier checked off Chasing Love approaching the first turn. Zambora Tara and Soldier collided approaching the first turn. Zambora Tara checked off Soldier on the first turn. Jaxson Mino and Mikado Gal collided on the first turn. Chasing Love and Devon Lass collided approaching the home turn checking Chasing Love, Soldier and Mikado Gal; chasing Love stumbled as a result. Zambora Tara and Soldier collided entering the home straight. Devon Lass and Jaxson MIno collided in the home straight.

Breakaway Benji and Mighty Tuscany collided several times approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Take A Daisy faltered on first turn and lost ground. Shanghai Avatar and High Priority collided approaching the home turn checking Shanghai Avatar.

Stewards noted that the muzzle of Violation became dislodged soon after the start.

Take A Daisy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the left monkey muscle. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr John O'Connor after he failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to kennel the greyhound Celtic Gypsy, pursuant to GAR 31(2).

Celtic Gypsy was quick to begin. Blue Tick Erin was slow to begin.

Midnight Breeze and Livia Bale collided approaching the first turn. Halina's Gem and Golden Child collided on the first turn. Blue Cascade and Livia Bale collided entering the home straight.
