A pre-race sample was taken from Migration.
Migration was quick to begin. Queen Of Mojo was slow to begin. Migration crossed in approaching the first turn checking Feel The Thunder. Kuta Cowboy, Go Nera, Feel The Thunder and Queen Of Mojo collided approaching the first turn checking Kuta Cowboy and Feel The Thunder. Go Nera and Sitizano Rocks collided on the first turn checking Go Nera. Sitizano Rocks crossed in on the first turn checking Blazing Bandit and Shot Fossil. Go Nera was checked off Blazing Bandit approaching the home turn. Queen Of Mojo turned its head outwards in the home straight.
Queen Of Mojo underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound on the right hind foot. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative, Mr. P. Pollutro regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B(1), Queen Of Mojo was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Pollutro pleaded guilty to the charge, Queen Of Mojo was found guilty and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 69B(1) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
