Starosta, Prancing Lad, Tigee, Valeria Bale and Take Them On collided on the first turn checking Prancing Lad. Arrow Head and Betty's Return collided approaching the second turn. Prancing Lad faltered on the second turn and collided with Betty's Return as a result. Tigee checked off Valeria Bale on the second turn. Prancing Lad and Betty's Return collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn. Valeria Bale and Take Them On collided in the home straight.
Prancing Lad was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a dislocation to the right front toe. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
