Steward's Report
Due to the abandonment of Sale thoroughbreds, this Event was rescheduled to start at 4.34pm from the original advertised starting time.
Stewards spoke to Trainer, Mr C Russell, regarding the increase in distance for My Name's Phil in this Event. Mr. Russell advised Stewards that the greyhound trialled at Sandown last Sunday, 26 March and ran a time of 23.63 post to post. Mr. Russell further advised that he nominated the greyhound for a 515m event at the Owner's request but felt the greyhound would perform reasonably well. Stewards advised Mr. Russell they would monitor the performance of My Name's Phil today.

Ivy Isobel was slow to begin.
My Name's Phil checked off Two Phones on the second turn and collided with Capra and Ivy Isobel checking Capra and Ivy Isobel. Two Phones and Mepunga Stellar collided on the third turn.
