Downton Ivy and Jacquinot Lady collided soon after the start. Letterfrack Lady, Jacquinot Jet and Xanthi Bale collided approaching the first turn severely checking Jacquinot Jet, subsequently checking Downton Ivy. Texicali Master and Letterfrack Lady collided on the first turn severely checking Texicali Master.
Jacquinot Jet – Proved difficult to box and will be boxed first in future events in accordance with GAR 52.
