Meatball Soup and Lochinvar Jazz were quick to begin.
Litigator, Malicious Yaala and Indy Korie collided soon after the start checking Malicious Yaala which lost ground. Litigator, Indy Korie, High Plain and Meatball Soup collided on the first turn checking High Plain. Litigator and Sensational collided approaching the home turn checking High Plain.
Lochinvar Jazz underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have a left deltoid injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
