All staff and participants attending the race meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings, and when engaged in the exclusive race day functions of boxing and catching greyhounds.

Three Bears was quick to begin. Masani Bale, Cherokee Slider and Rev Up Poppy were slow to begin.

Kazoo Giblet was quick to begin. Elusive Fly was slow to begin. 

Blackpool Homer went up with the lids at box rise. Five Putt Cal, Mepunga Haze and Evident collided soon after the start checking Mepunga Haze. Elusive Fly, Angelina Johnson and Mepunga Haze collided on the first turn checking Angelina Johnson. Evident and Five Putt Cal collided approaching the winning post.

Five Putt Cal underwent a post-race veterinary examination following a fall after the finish, Five Putt Cal was found to have a minor right hind foot abrasion. No stand down period was imposed.

Elusive Fly underwent a post-race veterinary examination at trainer's request and was found to have a laceration above the right stopper. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Ice Star was quick to begin. Cool And Deadly went up with the lids.

Jumping Jack and Cool And Deadly collided in the back straight and again approaching the first turn checking Jumping Jack. Mepunga Grace and Our Frankie collided approaching the first turn. So True checked off Mepunga Grace on the first turn checking Our Frankie and Diesel's Legacy. Mepunga Grace, Al's Draw Four and Ice Star collided on the first turn. Diesel's Legacy checked off So True on the home turn. Jumping Jack and Our Frankie collided on the home turn.

Quinto Bale and Krakatoan were slow to begin. 

Forbidden Love and Weblec Raider collided soon after the start and again in the back straight. Weblec Raider, Forbidden Love, Big Gordy and Crackerjack Phil collided approaching the first turn checking Forbidden Love and Crackerjack Phil. Weblec Raider, Big Gordy and Crackerjack Phil collided on the first turn checking Crackerjack Phil, Big Gordy and Forbidden Love. Crackerjack Phil and Big Gordy collided approaching the home turn.

Rogue Temptation was quick to begin.

Rogue Temptation, Blackpool Marvel and Went For Swim collided soon after the start. Begonia Bale and Raw Gossip collided soon after the start checking Raw Gossip. Raw Gossip, Riverdale Mitch, Blackpool Marvel and Went For Swim collided approaching the first turn checking Went For Swim and Blackpool Marvel and severely checking Riverdale Mitch and Raw Gossip. Went For Swim and Blackpool Marvel collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.

Riverdale Mitch underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right pencil/whip injury and a right triangle muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Raw Gossip underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg triangle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Bobby The Brute, Will Do, Abelero Bale, Inga Ollie and Crackerjack Carr collided soon after the start checking Abelero Bale, Inga Ollie, Crackerjack Carr and Barooga Smoke. Crackerjack Carr and Inga Ollie collided on the first turn checking Crackerjack Carr and Barooga Smoke. Will Do and Bobby The Brute collided on the first turn checking Will Do. Stewards spoke to Ms. Michelle Mallia regarding the performance of Lights Action over the concluding stages of the event.  After hearing evidence from Ms. Mallia, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.

Blazer Glory underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Ms. Lori Courts regarding the below market expectation performance of Blazer Glory. After hearing evidence from Ms. Courts, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.

Inka Bale was quick to begin. Peaky Pub began awkwardly and lost ground (4L).

Resse's Girl checked off Aragog on the first turn.

Aston Cinnamon, Bush Blossom and Riverdale Tuohy were slow to begin.

Close Encounter and Barellen Pearl collided soon after the start. Fireweed, Close Encounter and Barellen Pearl collided approaching the first turn checking Close Encounter. Barellen Pearl and Alvira collided on the first turn. Barellen Pearl and Riverdale Tuohy collided on the home turn. Alvira raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.

Post-race sample was taken from Barellen Pearl - placed 4th in the event.
