Circumstance, Arizona Eyes and Camila were slow to begin.
Malicious Yaala and Camila collided on the first turn checking Camila. Malicious Yaala and Camila collided on the third turn and again on the home turn checking both greyhounds. Malicious Yaala and Camila collided several times in the home straight checking both greyhounds.
Following the event Got The Torque underwent a post-race veterinary examination due to collapsing in the catching pen. The greyhound was found to have had a seizure. No stand down penalty was imposed. Acting in accordance with GAR 74(1)(a) Got The Torque must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 72 and receive a veterinary clearance before any future nomination will be accepted.
